Ed Pfeiffer has been appraising Bay Area real estate since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience and trusted local knowledge to his clients. He became a California Certified Residential Appraiser in 1996 and later earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University in 2002.
As the founder of Pfeiffer Appraisal Services, Ed has completed thousands of appraisals across Marin, San Francisco, and Sonoma Counties, covering properties from hillside homes to waterfront estates. Known for his accuracy, professionalism, and approachable style, Ed delivers valuations clients can rely on for important financial and real estate decisions.
